The national road safety youth ambassador Mr. Asamoah Boateng has advised all road users to be very careful during this Christmas festivities to reduce road accidents in Ghana.

Speaking to Nkawkaw GPRTU Drivers in Nkawkaw Mr.Boateng he said Drivers should stop over speeding, wrong overtaken,drunk driving, over loading and stop listening to mobile phone calls while driving and concentrate on how to safely to save lives in Ghana.

He also advised pedestrians to be watchful when crossing the road to help lessen deaths and injuries in Ghana.

“We the pedestrians need to be extra careful when using the road. It is my heart desire that deaths and injuries in Ghana will reduce”.

Finally he urged Pedestrians to take note that they could be killed or knock down by vehicle or motto bikes and Motto bikes Ridders should puts helmets on and reduce speed to avoid accidents in Ghana.
