Fast-rising Ghanaian rapper Kofi Jamar has narrated an emotional story about his hustle to the top and how he used to work as a pallbearer to fend for himself.
According to him, his first paying job demanded him to work as a pallbearer. He carried, dressed and transported dead people and got paid for his services.
Opening up about how he had to work in several industries in his rise to the top, Kofi Jamar said his begging was tough and because he had no better options, he had to embrace whatever life offered him.
Speaking to Delay in an exclusive interview, Kofi Jamar said after working as a pallbearer for some time, he moved on to work as security personnel for two hotels in Kumasi.
“I moved on to work as security personnel for a year and a half and I worked with two hotels at the same time: Golden Tulip and Golden Bean all in Kumasi,” he said.
