‘I’m fed up …’ – full message left by Police Commander who committed Suicide
The Police Commander for Jomoro in the Western Region of Ghana Superintendent McCarthy Zenge who has allegedly killed himself is said to have left a note behind.
According to reports, Superintendent McCarthy Zenge wrote in the suicide note that “I am fed up in this world”.
It’s unclear why he was fed up with life and had to commit suicide.
Meanwhile, Public Relations Officer of the Western Regional Police Command, Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP) Olivia Adiku, has confirmed his death but has indicated that she will divulge further information after investigations have taken place.
Superintendent McCarthy Zenge was found dead in his room after he shot himself with his gun.
Reports say his remains is yet to be deposited at the Effia Nkwanta Regional Hospital mortuary for preservation and autopsy.
DSP Zeprain Zenge was posted to the Jomoro Municipality in 2017 as the Municipality’s Police Commander.
57 years of age DSP Zenge is from Nandom in the Upper West Region.
